RE Phase 3: Yes, there will be a deadline to meet. The budget is for the film that you’ll be assigned to produce and it’ll be produced under the Leechon umbrella.

Also, for phase 3, in regards to the film being produced, will this need to be reached for a designated deadline? And the “just under $10,000″ budget need to be for our own film, or for a film that is being produced with Leechon?
