No longer writing…


Assalamu alaikum wa rahmitullaih wa barakatuh,

Alhamdulillah, It’s been a fun experience being a contributer to the blog. However, I have a lot of projects going (and not to mention a lot of papers to write). So at least temporarily I don’t think I can commit to being a contributer. Jazak Allah khair br. Belal for the opportunity. And InshaAllah I hope that you all will keep me in your Dua and you inshaAllah will be in mine!

    Yes,
    Egyptian Gumbo is also closed temporarily as well.. (I’m actually really honored that people actually read my rants)

    With my other blog. I’m really not a fan of Blogger, to the point in which it really annoyed me. I will be switching to wordpress soon inshaAllah and My previous posts are actually not deleted, they are saved as drafts, and I will be editing and transferring them to my new blog, inshaAllah (with it’s own domain). However, I’d like to really make it more professional in the way it looks.

    Perhaps after finals and after I finish the beginning stages of some of my projects inshaAllah I will continue with Leechon Blog (but I can’t say for sure.)

    One thing I’m working on right now is launching my own PR business for Muslims.. however even just subscribing to PR Newswire (to send out press releases on a mass scale and monitor the results) will cost hundreds of dollars. They gave me a rate the other day saying that just to join is $250+ and to send out one press release is around $400-$600 for a one page release.

    Also I’m working on another project which will be the biggest of them all (cant say details yet)… all while juggling school. It’s not easy.

    I’ll be working on my new blog this week, and i’ll update on other things for the benefit of Muslims as they develop bi’ithniillahi ta’ala. But Jazakum Allahu khairun as soon as it’s up i’ll post the link from my old one to my new one so stay tuned.

    Oh c’mon you know you have other avenues to stalk me. you do through stumbleupon, email and you’ll have my blog, facebook, etc. dont worry.
