1) The great video material that's out there; particularly the Message Mastery videos.

2)Again, and I might sound something like a drone here; more regular posting, maybe on things that would pique people's interest in the different programs you guys are running.

Benefit: got a glimpse of the nature of film-making, making vids - something I had never taken any interest in, but the way it's been presented here has made it fun, relevant, and worth thinking about, mashaAllah.

Changes:
1. Less note-taking like approach, or at least combine it with a bit more of your personal take/ interpretation/ criticism of it.
2. Regular postage.

Benefit: Another to keep my desire to read quenched, mind tingled, and boredom curbed.

Changes: 1) more VIDEOS: Enough reading, you can do that on any blog. What can differentiate this blog from others is using messages with full communication.
i.e.) Seven percent of communication comes from spoken words, 38 percent is from the tone of the voice, and 55 percent comes from body language.

I believe this is also what made Baba Ali so successful. Not that he really had newfound messages, but that he communicated it better (through using body language).

2) Having a posting schedule. I remember from my days writing on Hidayaonline that once we set a fixed posting schedule for the authors a) Readers became more involved as they did not have long lulls of nothingness and they knew when the writer they liked would be posting b) It pushed the writers to not get lazy and to work on their articles during the week to publish on time

There's a plugin that tracks how many new subscribers I've had. In that plugin the default setting is to count the last 30 days. So what that will tell me is how many new subscribers I've had in the last 30 days. So the setting was setup to track the last 365 days...which tracks how many new subscribers I've had in the last year.

counting instead of 30 days to 365 days.

What does that even mean? Can you rephrase?
